Brandi Glanville‘s legal representatives aren’t mincing words when it comes to Andy Cohen’s recent apology following Glanville’s claims of sexual harassment.
In a scathing statement to Us Weekly on Friday, February 23 attorneys Bryan Freedman and Mark Geragos slammed Cohen’s response as a “fake apology.” towards Brandi Glanville.

According to Glanville’s legal team, teh alleged misconduct by Cohen, who was reportedly inebriated, constitutes clear sexual harassment, regardless of any attempts to pass it off as a joke.
They emphasized that such behavior from any other supervisor at Comcast/NBC would result in immediate termination.

Glanville, 51, accused Cohen, 55, of sending her an inappropriate video in 2022, wherein he allegedly expressed his intention to sleep with another Bravo star while suggesting that Glanville watch via Facetime.
The former Real Housewives star felt trapped and disgusted by the encounter, especially given Cohen’s position of authority.

Cohen responded to the allegations via social media, asserting that the video in question was meant as a joke and tht Glanville’s response indicated she was in on it. Despite his apology, Glanville’s legal team believes it falls short, demanding action from NBCUniversal’s Bravo network.
Glanville’s lawyers criticized NBC for giving Cohen tooo much power, drawing parallels to the network’s handling of the Matt Lauer scandal. They urged NBC to take decisive action and prevent further cover-ups, emphasizing the importance of accountability.
